Why Phalita exists
Quality should not
be priced as average.
Careful cultivation deserves more than an average outcome. Our starting question: how can a farmer’s investment in quality be recognised at the marketplace?
Phalita is being built to answer that question through practical technology and business solutions. Our aim is to make quality visible, preserve it after harvest and connect it to the right buyers.

Build batch-level evidence around crop origin and the quality attributes buyers need, using a defined sampling and testing approach.

Develop controlled handling and drying to preserve the quality already created on the farm.

Match specifications, samples and batch records so buyers can evaluate supply with clearer evidence and less coordination.

A question that became a purpose
Rooted in a search for
a different kind of growth.
After years in engineering and computer modelling, founder Pradeep Gudla was drawn to sustainable farming and agroforestry. His research brought him to stories of farmers who had invested years in quality, yet struggled to realise its value in the market.
With a PhD in mechanical engineering, he began looking for a practical response. That search became Phalita: a business built around helping good produce earn its worth.
